Lilo's Paradise has one of largest pool decks/screens in Windsor Hills. The pool deck extends 17 feet behind the pool. Guests will enjoy full sun all day on the southern facing deck and will be treated to a wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks during the evening. The new lanai features polywood furniture as well as an outdoor TV and a propane BBQ grill for our guests to enjoy. To top it off, pool/spa heat is always complimentary for our guests.
Lilo’s Paradise is a fully-equipped 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury vacation villa. Lilo’s Paradise is situated on an incredible lot - no one overlooks our yard or pool, and there is a beautiful view from the backyard. The pool and spa get full sun all day while the lanai stays shaded. Best of all -- the northern facing backyard provides a wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool (hoping those start again soon!!:) lanai and family room! Lilo’s Paradise offers everything you will want to make your Disney Vacation truly magical! We tried to think of everything a guest might want or need while on vacation. We provide luxury linens, pool towels, baby items, a BBQ Grill, and even tote bags for use at the theme parks or big pool! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV with Roku for streaming. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the family room. The Super Hero themed game room in the garage is air conditioned and includes a full-sized professional pool table, a three-TV gaming center with PS4 and Xbox1, a bar table with chairs, a multi-game video game and a wooden train set for our younger vacationers!
The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances and is truly equipped with everything you need or want to fix a quick snack or a large meal for the entire family. It is our intent that your family can truly LIVE in Lilo’s Paradise and call it your home away from home! We try to keep many "basics" in the kitchen to help you save a little money - items you may are likely to find in the Lilo’s Paradise kitchen include spices, coffee, tea, coffee filters, salt and pepper, napkins and cleaning supplies!
All of the bedrooms in Lilo’s Paradise are tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard. Lilo’s Paradise sleeps 11 guests in 3 king sized beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room with bunk beds (twin over full). The master bedroom features double sinks in the bathroom and a 30-inch flat screen TV. Immerse yourself in the Jungle Cruise themed kids bedroom that features twin over full bunk beds, and a large talking storm trooper guarding the entrance! Our second themed kid's bedroom is a "MOANA" room. The brightly painted room includes 2 twin beds, adorable Moana murals and accessories. Both of the themed kid's rooms have an adjacent bathroom that is decorated to match!

The Quinn family began their adventure with Walt Disney World very early in their children’s lives. Going countless times a year, everyone in the family loved different aspects of the magical world that Disney created. While the Quinn's were original Vacation Club members, the family decided that it was time to establish more permanent roots in Orlando. So Dr. and Mrs. Quinn bought a house… and then a second one to help grow the love of Disney among families who share the same desire for imagination and celebration. With our homes, we hope families and people from all over the world feel the love we have poured into them. Lilo's Paradise has 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite or adjacent bathroom. Each comfortable, well appointed room is themed The first floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 with king beds and ensuite bathrooms and the Jungle Cruise themed room with custom bunk beds (3 twin). Entire first floor is tile. At Lilo's Paradise you will find excellent mattresses and luxury linens. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans except the Jungle Cruise room (which has bunk beds so a ceiling fan didn't sound like a great idea:). All bedrooms are equipped with multi-device charging stations and TVs with both cable and streaming capability. Extra blankets, comforters, pillows and linens are available if needed or desired. |

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Bookings are first come first serve. No booking is confirmed until deposit has been paid and confirmation notice has been sent. Windsor Hills is a gated community. All guests must present a photo ID and reservation voucher to obtain a community pass. Full property address and door codes will be sent approximately 1 week before check-in.
